CPU is able to boost all cores (simultaneously) very high on 5.19.x kernel (up to 5Ghz). On 6.0.x this appears to behave as if the laptop is runnign on battery with very light boosts and if all cores are utilized the frequency (of each) gets pegged to 2100Mhz or less. TLDR: Individual cores can boost up to 5Ghz, but if all cores are used they get limited to 2100Mhz. Kernel 5.19.x allows all cores at once to boost up to 5Ghz.
